To which countries do you ship?

 

We ship to following EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Finland. 

If your country is not found on the list, please send us an email: contact@siloamook.com .

Shipment cost for orders under 80€ is 5.90€. For orders over 80€ shipment is free.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

 

All orders are prepared within 48 business hours after the order confirmation date. This preparation time can vary according to peak season, like Black Friday or Christmas. 

All the shipments are made with DHL and shipped from Malaga, Spain. 

Once the order in prepared and packed, we will send you a tracking code for your shipment. 

Shipments are made from Spain and below you will find a list of shipping times:

1-2 days / Spain, Portugal

2 - 4 days / Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands

3 - 5 days / Austria, Belgium, Poland, Czechia

4 - 7  days / Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland

Will I have to pay Customs taxes for my order?

At the moment we ship only to EU countries, so there is no need to pay custom taxes.
